OUR CURRENT SCHEDULE

UPDATE: Fundamentals is ran the 1st and 3rd week of the month. During the month of August, classes will be 45 minutes long with 15 minutes between sessions for cleaning. All classes will be pre-booked with a strict class cap due to COVID restrictions.
