Mike has an extensive background in bicycle racing including mountain, road, and cyclocross disciplines. Mike’s passion for CrossFit developed from the role it played in his personal recovery after having been hit by an F150 at 45mph while standing on the side of the road. Needing to regain the ability to function day-to-day Mike enrolled in CrossFit and quickly became an ambassador for the program. His passion lies in helping others of all fitness levels discover the incredible things they can accomplish physically through this program!

Payton started CrossFit at age 14, just as a way to supplement her soccer and powerlifting training. After just a few months, she fell in love and decided to pursue CrossFit as a sport. Payton competed in competitions at the local and national level, while also actively competing in powerlifting. She has qualified for the state powerlifting meet 4 years in a row, and is passionate about lifting. Payton’s favorite thing about coaching is making personal connections with members and watching them grow in ways they never imagined. She thinks it’s incredibly rewarding and loves having the opportunity to participate in her communities fitness journey.
